- The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation along with author's supervision and construction works related to the modernization of the DSO system in the building at ul. T. Zana 38C in Lublin in the design and build formula. For the subject of the order consists of: 1) STAGE I - Preparation of design documentation: making an inventory of existing installations covered by the scope of work, developing design documentation (execution design) together with agreement with the fire protection expert, submitting the developed design documentation (execution design) for approval by the Ordering Party. The end of Stage I is considered to be the approval of the design documentation by the Ordering Party.2) STAGE II Execution of construction works (assembly and dismantling), handover of the site construction, execution of works based on approved design documentation, supervision by the designer/designers during the investment period, launch of the system, training of the Employer's staff, development of as-built documentation, notification of the installation for acceptance by the Ordering Party.
