1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the E-logbook System resulting from the amendment to Control Regulation 1224/2009 and the implementing regulation assigned to it. EU Member States are obliged to establish and operate monitoring centers fisheries, whose main task is to monitor fishing activities and implement appropriate control systems enabling proper supervision of the proper conduct of fishing.
