- 1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of electricity measuring systems - framework agreement (stage 1).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in part II SWZ OPZ.
3. Names and codes of the common order dictionary: 38551000-2 Energy counters, 31600000-2, 31710000-6, 31220000-4, 30200000-1, 80511000-9, 80531200-7.
4. Each time, in all cases in which the Employer describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act Ordering It allows equivalent solutions described if they allow you to obtain features or parameters not worse than the cited. The above means that the contractor may apply the solutions described by the ordering party "or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to art. 101 para. 5 of the Act, a contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to the contracting authority, it is obliged to show that the deliveries, services or works offered by him meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of the evidence in question, about which Speech in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract.
