Description:
The subject of the contract is the development of a technical and construction project in all necessary industries along with obtaining arrangements, opinions, permits and preparation of reports required by law. The scope of the order also includes the delivery, assembly and launch of a new power generator supplying the contracting authority's building and execution of construction and installation works necessary to include it in the existing infrastructure. Implementation will take place in the "design and build" formula. The exact description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ, i.e. the functional and utility program prepared for the implementation of the task. The contracting authority provides for annulment of the procedure if the public funds he intended to allocate to finance the contract in its entirety were not granted to him.
