- 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the existing double-circuit section of the 400 kV line on the Dobrzeń - Pasikurowice/ Trębaczew route (from SE Dobrzeń to pole no. 457/1).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program.

4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications
and technical reference systems, whichmentioned in art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
5. Pursuant to art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particularin particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act,
that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent.
