Description:
Part 1: Faculty of Mining, Safety Engineering and Industrial Automation, ul. Akademicka 2, Gliwice.1. The subject of the order is the modernization of existing heating sources (without changing the heat carrier). The aim of the modernization is to reduce the consumption of supplied energy from municipal heating systems and used to heat buildings and prepare hot water. 2. Deadline for order completion: 48 months from the first day of the month following the month in which the contract was concluded. Within the specified period above, the Contractor is obliged to install control and measurement equipment and implement an energy management system by September 30, 2026. Then, until the end of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to monitor the work and correct the parameters (settings) of the system in order to minimize the demand for heat supplied from the heating network.3. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has visited the site. The Contractor's on-site inspection is obligatory. The Ordering Party rejected the Contractor's offer offers without an on-site visit, in accordance with Art. 226 section 1 point 18) of the Public Procurement Law.
