Brief Description of the Subject: The subject of the order are construction works entitled: Modernization of an external sports complex at ul. Światowida 56 ", with the right of options on the side of the Employer. The detailed scope of the contract and the terms of implementation were set out in the design documentation constituting Annex 8 to SWZ, this is: a) the executive design of the reconstruction of the football field in the BOS along with drawings: A - 01 (land development project), A - 02 (pitch-projection ), A - 03 (cross-section through surfaces, reinforced concrete bench) and information Biof b) Technical specification of the implementation and receipt of construction works c) the refurbishment of works. In connection with the above, the Contractor preparing an offer must take into account all costs necessary to perform the contract, resulting directly from the tender documentation, Stuorb, design documentation and annexes to this SWZ, as well as not included in it, and without which the order can not be performed.
