- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the facade of the building of the Municipal Theater in Leszno at ul. G. Narutowicza 69, consisting in finishing the newly added parts of the building by performing a facade plaster and preparing the base for the insulated polystyrene wallswith a layer of reinforcement and repair of plaster fragments in the old part of the building. The modernization also includes the installation of a scaffolding made of stainless steel cables and tensioners to guide various varieties of ivy. In addition, the subject of the Investment is also the demolition of existing external stairs and guardrailsreplacing them with new monolithic concrete stairs. This intention is to improve aesthetic and visual sensations. Additionally, the use of innovative solutions for laying greenery on the facade is intended to refer to the greenery surrounding the building. 2.
