Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the facility at the Municipal Stadium, including: reconstruction of mechanical ventilation and sanitary facilities and renovation of the roof in the sports pavilion, as well as renovation of the sanitary building at ul. Kopalniana 4 in Polkowice, plot no. 13/7, district 2, Polkowice commune, in the scope of, among others: 1.1.1. General construction industry, main building: a) Replacement of suspended ceilings, including: disassembly of all suspended ceilings made of plasterboards along with light fixtures and detectors (for reassembly), inspections and anemostats, installation of modular suspended, acoustic and waterproof ceilings - according to design documentation, along with new light fixtures, detectors, inspections and anemostats. Ceilings and light fixtures adapted to individual rooms; b) Replacing plasterboard casings of sanitary installations and making installation grooves, including: dismantling existing casings, making grooves for new installations, installing new casings made of waterproof boards, supplementing plasters with cement-lime mixtures, finishing plaster walls without tile cladding; c) Replacement of wall and floor tile claddings ...
