Description:
1. The subject of the Agreement consists of the basic (guaranteed) scope and the scope covered by the option right. the Contractor's offer, constituting Appendix nr 2 to the Agreement.
3. The basic scope of the subject of the Agreement includes the lease of the Fixed Telephony System in VoIP technology (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement and OPZ "System"), which consists of devices and software specified in sec. 4 point 1 (hereinafter referred to as "devices" and "oprogramming"), their installation and service support for a period of 48 months.
4. The scope of the subject of the Agreement covered by the option right and the rules for activating the option are regulated in § 2 of the Agreement.
