- The subject of the fall is the implementation of the task entitled: Modernization of the gastronomy workshop in the Complex of Szk No. 1 in Sanok as part of the project entitled: Adjusting the educational infrastructure of the Sanok poviat to the needs of vocational training. Zakres and ways of modernization - renovation of the gastronomic workshop: 1.Modernization of the electrical installation in the kitchen of the catering studio consists in: adaptation of the installation for the submission of 20 receivers by performing new power lines from conceaic electrical cables in installation pipes, assembly of new electrical sockets. Replacementexisting consumed electrical cables and replacement of old electrical sockets and an internal dashboard. 2. Painting the class for learning to cook a gastronomy workshop is to paint 2x ceilings with washable paints certified to kitchen rooms. Painting is designedceilings of the room, washable, switchgear with washable paints with priming soil -grinding fencing. 3. Modernization of the kitchen room for learning to learn cooking is the main room of a gastronomy workshop.Project ...
