Description:
The subject of the fall is the modernization and replacement of GSM modms in CorPuls devices. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is specified in Zakzel 2 to the specification of the Corporation Terms. The contractor is obliged to make a compact entry in a technical passport for a given device and confirmation performing work in the work card and/or issuing a service report to take into account detected defects. District information in the scope of, among others Number of serial devices listed by the training will be transferred to contractors with whom the individual contracts will be concluded. The service of servicing medical equipment in accordance with Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). The contractor will undertake the subject of the sketch in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in SWZ. The contractor is obliged to have offers for CAO given/data, the chosen/chosen worship with taking into account all the positions of a given honor.
