Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the modernization of the heating network from the K-2 chamber to the K-3 chamber in the vicinity of ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowski, Municipality of the City of Gdynia, together with the transfer of doc. as-built and completing all formalities enabling the use of the building facility
2) WIn the investment area, the section of the network under the tracks has already been built as part of a separate task. It is excluded from the scope of the subject of the contract.
3) The contract described in the SWZ is implemented under the Co-financing Agreement No. POIS.01.05.00-00-0035/16-00 of the Project "Thermomodernization of heat pipelinesand overhead in Gdynia, Rumia and the city of Wejherowo. The project is implemented under Measure 1.5 "Effective distribution of heat and cold, Priority Axis I Decarbonisation of the economy of the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014 - 2020.
4) The scope of construction works includese all activities aimed at the construction of a heating network in pre-insulated pipe technology.
