• The subject of the contract is to design and modernize the heating network in Siemianowice Śląskie in the design and build formula together with the delivery of as -built documentation to the contracting authority and all actions enabling the use of a building object
  2. DesignedThe investment is located in the Śląskie Voivodeship, in the city of Siemianowice Śląskie, in the area of ​​streets:
  a) Lubina, Kapica, Sienkiewicza, Głowackiego, Śniadeckiego, and Fitznerow; Szkolna, Hutnicza;
  b) Katowicka, Trafalczyk, Jagiellońska, Sobieski, Kapica, Olympic;
  c) Orzeszkowa, Stawowa,Liberation; North, Bytom;
  The order was divided into 3 parts.
  1) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting Annex 2 Part I, Part II, Part III to SWZand in the functional and utility program, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
  2) The subject of the contract should meet the requirements contained in the current regulations, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law and Executive Act to this Act.
