"Modernization of the helicopter landing pad in the design and build formula" As part of the investment task: "Modernization of the helicopter landing pad of the Dr. A. Jurasz University Hospital No. 1 in Bydgoszcz" 1.Przedmiotemzamówienia zgodnie z formułą "design and build" is the implementation of a design and construction project consisting in the modernization of the existing elevated helipad located on the last above-ground floor of the building in SU1Szpital Uniwersytecki No. 1. Dr. Antoni Jurasz w Bydgoszcz. The order, in accordance with the formula, includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, construction works, preparation of registration documentation and obtaining all positive opinions, consents and permits. 2. The task is financed by Ministry of Health under the Medical Fund - contract no. DOI.FM.SMPL.20.LSOR-MOD.2026.9.62.3. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ, Functional and Utility Program (PFU) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the main provisions of the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
