Description:
The task is carried out in the design and build system. The subject of the order is the renovation of the following historic buildings in Serock: ul. Putuska 15ul. works consisting in replacing damaged doors and windows, replacing sheet metal flashings and repairing chimneys. The scope of the task includes the development of design documentation for the renovation of buildings in the above-mentioned scope, along with obtaining all permits, including from the conservator of monuments. The next stage renovation works will be carried out in accordance with the prepared documentation. Deadlines for order completion: Obtaining a building permit decision, including agreement with the Masovian Monuments Conservator - by March 30, 2026. Completion of construction works with an acceptance protocol and submission of complete as-built documentation - until August 31, 2026, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right specified in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law.
