- The Employer carries out an investment task regarding the modernization of historic facilities and the construction of a concert hall at ul. Grochowska. Part A is currently being implemented under the name: "Modernization of historic facilities and construction of a concert hall at Grochowska Street for the needs of Sinfonia Varsovia (Part A). In order to accomplish the entire investment task In particular marked letters B, C, construction of a building containing a concert hall marked with MB letters, construction of a frame using part of the structure of the building F (frame) realized as part of Part A, necessary felling of greenery, demolition and demolition, as well as full land development along with the accompanying infrastructure. All buildings planned for reconstruction or construction are located in A2.1U-K (intended for cultural services as a public purpose investment in accordance with Resolution No. XLVII/1134/2017 of 06.04.2017 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan of the Ronda region Wiatra part II.
Investment area of the investment approx. 12,685 m2 (only part within the boundaries of the contracting authority, part of the construction works will require classes of surrounding road lanes and real estate of the Capital City of Warsaw)
