Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the performance of construction works in the area of the Hospital Emergency Department in the location: Specialist Hospital. F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo.2. The detailed scope of work covered by the order is described in Annex No. 6, 7, 8 to SWZ.3. Pursuant to Art. 131 section 2 point 1) of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party recommends that the Contractor conduct a site visit before submitting the offer. To inquire about the site visit and to arrange its date, please contact Ms. Katarzyn Dbkowsk, tel. 58 572 72 40 from: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A confirmation of the inspection will be provided to the Contractor site visit. The costs of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor.
