- 1. The subject of the order are construction works in the "design and build" formula for the investment task titled: "Modernization of hospital infrastructure with the purchase of equipment to improve the availability, efficiency and safety of cardiac diagnostics and treatment" 2. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (also called "FFU") - constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor will take into account any difficulties resulting from work in an active facility and the need to maintain medical activities (clinicians) in adjacent rooms. Due to the specific nature of the Hospital's work - it works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, the Contractor will be able to perform the works basically without time limits. However, burdensome works will have to be agreed each time with a person authorized by the Ordering Party responsible for the current implementation of the contract and for the Ordering Party's contacts with the Contractor. 5. The Ordering Party intends to finance the order from the State Treasury funds under the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience: Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities". 6.
