Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer devices, i.e.: modernization of ICT infrastructure at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, including: 3. Delivery and implementation of solutions, subsystems with manufacturer's warranty and support a period of 36 months from the date of protocol acceptance of each subsystem and extension of technical support and warranty for subsystems for which the manufacturer's warranty and support is renewed - in accordance with the indications included in OPZ. 4. Preparation of as-built documentation including configuration, procedures (including: access, configuration, creating backup copies and recovering data from them), passwords, etc. 5.Contractor's warranty: 36 months from the date of receipt of each subsystem. 6. Technical support for the Contractor - 36 months from the moment of acceptance of each subsystem (minimum 424 hours (1 hour = 1 hour = 60 minutes) throughout the duration of the contract, 7.Training of IT staff.
