Description:
1. The subject of the contract is construction work, which will be carried out in the "design and build" system.
2. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in completing design works and construction works for the task: "Modernization of the infrastructure of the Warsaw railway junction and Expansion of the Safety Center of Railway Station. "
3. Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", is Annex 1 to SWZ-a functional and utility program, hereinafter referred to as "PFU" with attachments.
4. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions specified In the template of the contract - Annex 11 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "contract" and in OPZ - Annex 1 to SWZ (PFU with attachments).
