"Modernization of the integrated SIMPLE.ERP and XPRIMER system along with adapting the system to WCAG 2.2 standards and ensuring accessibility for people with special needs by providing the necessary licenses...
1.The subject of the order is the modernization of the John Paul II Pontifical University II in Krakow of the integrated SIMPLE.ERP and XPRIMER system, including adapting the system to WCAG 2.2 standards, providing the necessary licenses and maintaining the system for 3 years, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes and within specified deadlines.
The service will be implemented in the following stages:
a. Pre-implementation analysis (identification of needs, verification of currently used functionalities, preparation of an implementation concept containing a description of the implementation method and scope of implementation as well as a work schedule)
b.Delivery of necessary licenses
c.Implementation of modifications system resulting from the pre-implementation analysis in accordance with the adopted concept.
d.Training users in the scope resulting from the pre-implementation analysis.
