Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: modernization of external and internal lighting on the premises of the Independent Public Palliative Care Complex. Jana Pawa II in Suwaki., 2. The subject of the order includes the modernization of the internal lighting system in order to reduceconsumption of electricity and luminaire power in the Independent Public Palliative Care Complex. Jana Pawa II in Suwaki by replacing existing lighting fixtures with fluorescent and incandescent light sources with energy-saving LED lamps, 3. The scope of the order includes, among others: a) delivery withI installed brand new, i.e. unused before delivery, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights for energy-saving LED lighting fixtures, dismantling and disposal of old light sources and fixtures within the scope ofspecified in Annex No. 4 and 5 to the SWZ, , b) delivery of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer along with the order, , c) cleaning of the rooms after assembly and arrangement and installation of the subject of the order.
