- 1. The subject of the order are construction works including the modernization of building C at ul. Towarowa 7 in Gliwice for the needs of adaptation to a new laboratory. Scope of works in the architectural and construction industry: demolition works, replacement of the hardened surface, sealing of the technological duct, supplementation plasters and plasters, floor construction, wall and floor coverings, painting works, installation of internal door joinery and sectional gates. The scope of the electrical industry includes the modernization of: the internal power supply line, basic and emergency evacuation lighting, and the installation of sockets. 230V and 400V, computer installation, PWP fire protection circuit breaker installation, lightning protection installation, LAN and WLAN structured cabling installation and execution of electrical installation supplying sanitary installations and CCTV video monitoring installations; post-assembly tests. Sanitary installations include: installation of water supply, sewage, central heating, compressed air, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning. 2. Deadline for order completion: up to 4 months from the date of conclusion contracts.
