- The subject of the contract includes modernization of land and buildings records in the area of registration: ID: 180801_1.0020 - Leżajsk, pursuant to art. 24a of the Act of May 17, 1989 2. Geodetic and cartographic law and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Work andTechnology of July 27, 2021 on land and buildings records. Achieving the assumed purpose of the completed order will allow you to increase the quality of data in the land and building records, as well as to improve the process of conducting, operating and sharing land recordsand buildings in the form of numerical collections and network services, and in particular, it will improve automation processes in the field of viewing PZGiK data, support for reports of geodetic works and sharing PZGiK materials.
The scope of the work covered by the subject of the contract was divided into stages that will bebe subject to separate acceptance and settlements, i.e.:
1) Stage I: includes works specified in Chapter IV. points 1-9 of the modernization project;
2) Stage II: includes works specified in Chapter IV.
3) Stage III: includes works specified in Chapter IV. Points 1-9 andpoints 10-13 of the modernization project.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes technical conditions-constituting Annex 12 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
