- 1. The subject of the order are the following services: Modernization of the land records and buildings for the Ciche district located in the Czarny Dunajec commune. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order: The aim of the work is to modernize the land and building records in pursuant to Art. 24a of the Act of May 17, 1989, Geodetic and Cartographic Law (Journal of Laws 2024.1151, as amended). The modernization works are intended to adapt the existing registration data to the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development Regional and Construction of March 29, 2001 on the registration of land and buildings (Journal of Laws 2024.219, as amended) and supplementing the registration database and creating a full range of registration data sets in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned. Regulations. After completing this work, an integrated database of land and building records will be created in accordance with the conceptual model, allowing for maintaining and sharing data using information technology. All work will be performed in accordance with project of modernization of the land and building register, technical conditions and applicable legal regulations. The contractor is obliged to: -preparation of a draft descriptive and cartographic report, which should be submitted to the Ordering Party for inspection before it is made available for public viewing, -participation in the process of presenting the draft egib report for public viewing, -considering comments submitted to the draft report and introducing any resulting changes...
