Description:
1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the Avaya landline telephony environment, including (definitions of terms used with capital letters can be found in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference): 1.1. delivery to the Ordering Party's Location of Devices and Software, and granting the Ordering Party a license to use the system software of the Devices and Software;
provision of installation and implementation services consisting in the installation and configuration of the delivered Devices and Software in a way that ensures correct exploitation of the landline telephony environment;
preparation of As-Built Documentation together with the transfer of copyrights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights;
conducting training workshops.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and terms and conditions execution of the order are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
