The procedure is carried out under the name "Modernization of Lower Cretaceous deep wells of the Dąbrowa water supply - well no. 2, Stare Górki intake". Subject The order is to develop multi-disciplinary design documentation and, on its basis, to reconstruct the Lower Cretaceous well No. 2 Stare Górki by drilling a new replacement well No. 2 and liquidating the existing well No. 2. 2. Subject of the order is to be performed in two tasks: Task 1 - Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation and performance of construction and geological works on its basis, as well as carrying out author's supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with design documentation for the construction of a new replacement well No. 2 bis at the Stare Górki water intake; Task 2 - Preparation of multi-discipline design documentation and performance of construction and geological works on its basis, as well as carrying out author's supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the design documentation for the implementation of the Stare Górki water intake for the liquidation of the existing well No. 2 3.
