Description:
The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Modernization of the Market Square in Raszków in order to reduce the urban heat island effect. The scope of the order includes two stages: Description of the subject of the order, stage I: The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of the investment in Design and Build formula. Investment implementation is understood as the performance of all necessary works and activities, starting from design work, approval of design documentation, obtaining a building permit decision (or notification of construction or other construction works) to perform construction and installation works as well as finishing and assembly works indicated in the project in order to reduce the urban heat island effect. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the main board of the Market Square and the strip parking lot in Raszków in terms of spatial functionality using elements of green and blue infrastructure. The area of the investment area is approximately 0.75 ha. Description of the subject of the stage II order: The subject of the order is comprehensive implementation of the investment in the Design and Build formula.
