- Modernization of the playing field at the Primary School. Janusz Korczak in Biskupiec through renovation and adding additional modernization elements, in accordance with the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works and project documentation attached to the SWZ. The order is not divided into parts. Dividing the order into parts would be unjustified for economic and organizational reasons and due to the principles of construction practice. Two or more contractors on the same construction site or in close proximity to each other would disorganize the work of each of them. them, would cause collisions and logistical problems (e.g. building and using temporary facilities, transporting heavy equipment, maneuvering heavy equipment), which would negatively impact the execution of the order. The order is adapted to MP.Requirements related to the implementation of the order in the scope of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the ordering party in the scope of the implementation of the order, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in method specified in Art. 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974.
