• Description:
• 1. Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the modernization of the football pitch with a natural grass surface by installing a pitch heating and irrigation system. Location: ul. Agrykola in Elblg (dior no. 75/2 rev.18).2. The Ordering Party informs that the task will be co-financed from the Fund for the Development of Physical Culture under the Program for the development of sports infrastructure in voivodeships, Edition 2025. 3. The scope of the order includes: 1) demolition works, 2) construction of a heating chamber and a rainwater tank, 3) execution of turf heating, 4) turf heating technology, 5) reconstruction of the pitch with drainage and irrigation, 6) delivery and installation of sports turf made of rolled turf meeting the DIN 18035-4 standard or equivalent, together with preparation of the ground and maintenance during the period rooting. During the rooting period (2-4 weeks), the Contractor is responsible for the first mowing, watering and fertilizing the grass,7) preparation of an as-built geodetic map (3D scanning) of pipe layout,8) delivery and installation of 3 bicycle racks,9) production and placing on the construction site, in a visible place, immediately after the commencement of construction works, an information board about...
