A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to make a task Modernization of the building of the Commune Office in Dąbrowa "in the scope - in accordance with the technical specifications and specification. These documents are an attachment to this specification. 2. The investment task includes, among others:, 1) demolition works, 2) implementation of internal water, 3) construction works, 4) execution of electrical work, 5) Installing heating devices , ventilation and air-conditioning, 6) organization, development and liquidation of the construction site ,, 7) Receives with the participation of the user, investor and required institutions ,, 8) construction insurance for the duration of the task ,, 9) Development of a safety plan and health plan (Biof ) (if separate regulations require preparation of such a plan) ,, 10) preparation of an offer cost estimate (before signing the contract - the Contractor is not obliged to attach bid cost estimates to the offer); , 11) preparation of a substantive schedule - the Contractor is obliged within 5 days before signing the contract to develop and submit a schedule ...
