Description:
1. Description of the subject of the order:
The subject of the order is the modernization of the Municipal Public Library in Siemianowice Śląskie.
The investment will include, among others:
along with radiators,
c) replacement of the installation water and sewage,
d) replacement of the electrical installation and lighting,
e) replacement of telecommunications installations,
f) mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation,
g) roof insulation with replacement of the roof covering,
h) insulation of external walls,
i) replacement of parts of external joinery,
j) ramp for people o reduced mobility,
k) reinforced concrete elevator shaft and elevator installation,
l)replacement of floors,
m) replacement of internal joinery,
n) works related to land development, including the construction of a square - a summer reading room with the construction of passages and elements of small architecture along with a small retention.
1.3. The detailed description of the subject of the order is:
a) Design documentation (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ),
b) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ),
d) Bills of quantities (Appendix No. 5 to SWZ),
e) Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 6 to SWZ).
Note: Due to the fact that the basis for settling the works with the Contractor is a lump-sum remuneration, the bill of quantities is not the basis for preparing a valuation by the Contractor, but is only of auxiliary and informative nature, the quantities of works adopted therein are indicative.
