Description:
Ordering Party in the Foreign Ministry facilities in Poland through:
1) supply of network infrastructure devices with elements of equipment, software, subscription services and licenses, factory new (manufactured not earlier than 12 months before delivery), covered by the manufacturer's support For a minimum of 36 months from the signing of the final acceptance protocol (for the Cisco HX license, item 31 - according to the table from point II), unused in previous projects, from the legal sales channel of producers to the European market.
The subject of the contract is not covered by the installation and configuration of devices;
2) taking over the services of a software and hardware warranty service provided as part of the order.
