1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works, in accordance with the assumptions of the projectthe name "Modernization of the Olsztyn planetarium with the creation of the moon habitat" and the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings /CPV code: 45210000-2, 45453000-7, 45300000-0, 45231300-8, 45331100-7, 45331000-6, 45330000-9, 45311100-1, 45314000-1,45316000-5, 45231400-9, 45231600-1/.
2. The modernization of the Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory in the scope covered by the subject of the contract will allow:
1) to increase the number of people using the offer of the Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory (hereinafter: Opioa),
2)Enriching the cultural offer by equipping the individual with modern multimedia infrastructure,
3) increasing the tourist attractiveness of Opioa by increasing the cultural offer of the individual, which is part of the Copernicus tourist trail, commemorating the figure of Nicolaus Copernicusand his relationships with Warmia and Mazury.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority provides for the award of similar contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP Act,within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract,
