1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works, in accordance with the assumptions of the project called "Modernization of the Olsztyn planetarium with the creation of the moon habitat" and the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party on the website of the conducted proceedings /CPV code: 45210000-2, 45453000-7, 45300000-0, 45231300-8, 45331100-7, 45331000-6, 45330000-9, 45311100-1, 45314000-1, 45316000-5, 45231400-9, 45231600-1/.
2. The modernization of the Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory in the scope of the subject of the contract will allow:
1) increasing the number of people using the offer of the Olsztyn Planetarium and Astronomical Observatory (hereinafter: Opioa),
2) enrichment cultural offers by equipping the unit with modern multimedia infrastructure,
3) increasing the tourist attractiveness of Opioa by increasing the cultural offer of the unit, which is part of the Copernician tourist trail, commemorating the figure of Nicolaus Copernicus and his Relationships with Warmia and Mazury.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in attachments to SWZ.
