A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to make the modernization of the external sanitary, rainy and hydrant sewage system. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order referred to in paragraph 1 can be found in the design documentation and technical specifications for the implementation and receipt of construction works, which constitute Annex 2 to SWZ. , 3. Detailed way of implementation and payment deadlines have been set out in the draft agreement, which constitutes Annex 3 to SWZ. 4. Construction works will be carried out in the hospital, therefore the need to adapt the work on the Ordering Party's requirements should be taken into account in the field of organization and the specifics of the hospital. Running works can not interfere with the current operations of the hospital in continuous mode., 5. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor before submitting the offer would make a vision of a local construction site on the principles set out in the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract in accordance with The term specified in the contract.
