Description:
1. The task involves the modernization of the parking lot in Kobyla Gra at ul. T. Sikorski in the design and build system. It includes the implementation of two stages: Stage I: development of design documentation along with the necessary administrative decisions allowing construction works to be carried out. Stage II: execution of construction works based on the design documentation agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party, together with obtaining an occupancy permit or reporting the completion of construction works to the District Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Ostrzeszow. The planned investment is located in the area Greater Poland Voivodeship, in Ostrzeszow poviat, Kobyla Gra commune, within the town of Kobyla Gra. The total area of the parking lot to be designed and modernized is approximately 2,830 m2. The task should include: - parking lighting system, - monitoring system, - parking and parking system. parking lots, - bitumen surfaces of the parking lot.2.
