The subject of the order is the modernization of the parking lot surface in front of the building of the District Office in Ostrda in accordance with the bill of quantities (task no. 4 to SWZ); project documentation (task no. 5 to SWZ), technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works (task no. 6 to SWZ) and draft contract (task no. 3 to SWZ). 2) Execution of demolition works, 3) Execution of construction works, 4) Execution of electrical installations, in accordance with the bill of quantities (Task No. 4 to SWZ); project documentation (task no. 5 to SWZ), technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works (task no. 6 to SWZ) and the draft contract (task no. 3 to SWZ).5) Performing all auxiliary and accompanying works necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order, including securing the area where the works will be carried out (construction site);6) Tidying up and tidying up after the completion of the works the area where the works will be carried out, including the neighboring ones properties and rooms contaminated as a result of the works carried out.7) Carrying out tests, technological commissioning and required tests, as well as preparing and submitting to the Ordering Party complete as-built documentation, including all documents indispensable...
