Description:
1. The subject of the contract is divided into tasks:
Task 1, for which the investor is the City of Łodź - Road and Transport Authority (ZDiT): "Modernization of ul. POW on the section from ul. Jaracza to ul. Rewolucji".
Task 2, for which the investor is the University of Łodź (UŁ): "Modernization of development part of the property at ul. POW marked as plots no. 451/18 and 451/19, district S-1.
2. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
