- The subject of the order is the modernization of the hospital pharmacy consisting in renovation, reconstruction of the pharmacy rooms in the 8b, 8c and 8D block with equipment for the task "Cycling the workshop of cytotoxic drugs and nutritional studio, insertion of pharmacy storage work, storage rotomts, storage rotomts and installations of automatic, drug drum wardrobes at the Poviat Hospital in Radomsko.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) development of project documentation,
2) execution of construction, demolition, modernization and assembly, installation and finishing works with start -up technological and transferring the object to the ordering party for use
3) Delivery of equipment and devices installed permanently as well as the supply and installation of built -in devices, white assembly with fittings and accessories, in accordance with the design and medical technology
4) Equipment:
a)- automatic drug Drum wardrobe for storage, issuing based on orders and reimbursements of 24h/7D medical products at least 950 caches - 2 pcs and a minimum of 1250 - 2 pcs
b)- laminar chamber for work with cytostatics,
c) - laminar chamber for the production of nutritional bags,
d)- sterile mixer- 1 syringe, - sterile fluid mixer 6 syringe,
e)- robotic mixer for the preparation of cytotoxic drugs,
f)- nutritional mixer,
