- A. The subject of the order is the modernization of the playground at ul. Brzechwy (Cisowa pitch)B. BASIC SCOPE (guaranteed) The basic scope of the order includes: 1) development of design documentation necessary for the Ordering Party to notify the works construction or obtaining by the Ordering Party other consent required by law from the competent authority, in accordance with the provisions of law and the requirements specified in the OPZ; this documentation is to include devices provided for both in the basic scope and in the scope covered by option right;2) providing the Ordering Party with the design documentation in two paper copies and in an electronic version in PDF and editable formats;3) preparing explanations, supplements and corrections to the design documentation in the event of submission of comments by the competent administrative authority, within the deadlines resulting from the request of the authority, through the Ordering Party; 4) delivery and installation of: a) a play set for older children, b) a mix swing, c) a double rocker, in accordance with the requirements indicated in OPZ; 5) construction of a sandy safety zone for the devices referred to above, in accordance with the requirements specified in OPZ.C.
