Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of playgrounds in the commune of Trzebnica in the following towns: Skarszyn, Marcinowo, Bdkowo, Masw and Ligota. The modernization will include the delivery and installation of new play equipment for individual playgrounds in the Trz communeebnica, in accordance with the description contained in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as: OPZ., ATTENTION!, a. The Contractor must have a warranty and post-warranty service for the offered devices in Poland. As part of the service during the warranty period, the Contractor will be obliged to repair gwarranty and free annual inspections, b. All play equipment must be brand new and have attestations and certificates issued by certification bodies accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation, confirming compliance with the PN-EN 1176 Playground equipment standard, c.The scope of delivery and assembly of devices in which structural elements must be made of powder-coated galvanized steel or stainless steel, as well as HDPE and HPL plates and elements.
