A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is designed and built on the basis of a tennis court design with an acrylic area, covered with a tent hall with an arched structure together with the accompanying infrastructure. 2. Conditions that the object and accompanying infrastructure must meet are set out in a functional and utility program, constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Annexes to the program are: present documentation of the current state, results of conducted geotechnical research and sample projections and cross-sections. 3. First stage - First of all, the Contractor is obliged to develop a full project documentation and cost estimate of the construction of the industries in the following industries: a) architectural, b) construction and construction, c) installation in the field of network, installations and electrical and electrical devices, D ) Installation in the field of networks, installations and thermal, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage systems.
