- 1. The subject of the order is implemented in the "design and build" formula, therefore the Contractor is obliged to prepare all design documentation, in particular the modernization of the structure of the shaft reinforcement, exhaust vessels and the ladder compartment and the replacement of equipment additional. The documentation must be agreed and obtained permission to carry out the work from the Conservator of Monuments of the Krakow Saltworks (applies to the underground part) and agreed with the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments in Krakow, branch office in Tarnow, and obtain permission from the mining supervision authority for the implementation. works on the shaft tower. The Contractor's obligation is to obtain permission to put into operation the basic facilities, machines and equipment of the mining plant, which will be modernized and constructed by the contractor, as well as used by him during the implementation of the works in compliance with the requirements contained in the in the Geological and Mining Law and regulations issued on its basis.
2. The modernization will consist in particular in changing the structure of: shaft reinforcement, guideways, exhaust vessels and ladder compartment, replacing additional equipment, rebuilding the shaft tower, renovation of hoisting machine components and introduction of the shaft signaling and communication system to solutions based on digital technology. The routing of the exhaust vessels will be changed
from front to side.
