Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the modernization of the restaurant and hotel part of the Bytow castle. The scope of work includes, among others: a) execution of water and sewage installations - without white assembly (the equipment in the bathrooms has already been dismantled); , b) execution of electrical installationsc) construction of a central heating installation; d) construction of a ventilation installation; e) construction of an air-conditioning installation; f) expansion of the fire alarm system; g) construction of a structured cabling (LAN) from the TV network; h) construction of the system living room;, i) construction of partition walls; j) in hotel rooms, it is planned to expand the hotel card switch, the functionality of which is to include powering air conditioning devices; k) the air conditioner control system should be expanded with window switches that turn off the air conditioning when the window in the room is opened; l) installation connectorse and plug sockets in investment standard;, m) make cable outlets for mounting fixtures. The DALI system elements are not included in the valuation.
