- The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the modernization of the roof and facade of the WOMP building in Kielce in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, specified in the annexes to the specifications of the order conditions and the technical documentation. Covering works bd:A. Insulation of the flat roof with 30 cm thick rock wool granules with a coefficient of 0.042 W/mK, fire reaction class A1B. Moisture insulation of the roof surface1. Sloping slopes2. Installation of thermally weldable underlay felt 4.2 mm3. Assembling the roofing felt heat-sealable top covering thickness. 5.2 mm modified SBS, resistant to welding at a temperature of min. 100 degrees Celsius, low temperature pipe -25 degrees Celsius. Preparation of sheet metal flashings for chimneys, firewalls, cornice5. Construction of a new gutter strip under and above the gutter wooden substructure6. Replacement of roof gutters and downpipes, including integration into the reconstructed rainwater drainage system7. Insulation of chimney shafts and gutter cornice with EPS 100 gr 5cm polystyrene boards, including silicone coating and installation metal chimney grates8.
