Brief description of the subject of the contract: Specification of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the modernization of the roof in the gymnasium consisting in covering the roof surface with an area of 376 m2 with 12 cm thick sandwich panels with a polyurethane core. 4. The task includes, among others: , a) preparatory: e.g. smearing with emulsion with sealing the damage to the existing roofing felt surface of approx. 376 m2, disassembly of the existing 52 m roof gutters and 32 m downpipes,, b) assembly of the structure under the light casing made of cold-rolled profiles in the amount of approx. 286 m2,, c) assembly of sandwich panels on an area of approx. 376 m2,, d) assembly of system flashings, assembly of roof gutters, downpipes,, e) disassembly of gravity roof ventilators,, f) assembly of two turbofans,, g) disassembly of the existing lightning arrester, assembly of a new lightning arrester, h) The detailed scope of the above-mentioned works is described in the technical design, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works and, incidentally, in the bill of quantities.
