- Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the roof of the Nursing Home in Radomsko. The works constituting the subject of the contract consist in the replacement, modernization and repair of the existing system of downpipe gutters with flashings, for elements with better,higher performance parameters, as well as the installation of an additional system of downpipes inserted into the basic (modernized) gutter system. , The scope of works includes in particular:, - demolition works (demolition of gutters, downpipes, disassembly of flashings, fire walls, eaves),e on rafters of reinforced roof foil, - sealing joints of damaged places, - flashings made of sheet metal, - installation of roof gutters, funnels, downpipes, - cleaning of steel lattice structures and rain pipes, - painting of cast iron sewage pipes with oil paint ., when orderingy informs that the works constituting the subject of the order will be performed on an active facility, therefore the works should be carried out in a way that does not hinder the use of the facility and is not inconvenient for users.
