Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the reconstruction of the roof as part of the task entitled: Modernization of roofs in municipal buildings in the building located at ul. Jagiey 47-53 in Bieruń.2. The scope of work and their description can be found in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. a detailed description the subject of the order together with annexes and in the draft provisions of the contract. 3. Pursuant to the content of Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that it sets requirements regarding employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on the employment relationship of the persons performing the activities. in the scope of order execution, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. Details regarding the above-mentioned requirements, including the type of activities covered by the requirements, the method of employment verification and the Ordering Party's control rights, included are in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an annex to SWZ.4.
